We've made it easy to manage your subscription, with the process completely automated and easily accessible for you to manage.

Starting a new subscription

For new accounts, you will be prompted to visit the Billing Page to start your subscription. If your account is new you will receive a 14 day free trial of the software to test out the features. If you are a returning user off a previously cancelled subscription you will be able to start a new subscription.

Trial Period

We currently offer a 14 day free trial period for the application. Your trial gives you access to all features. Included in your subscription is the ability to send unlimited pre-inspection agreements.

Changing Plans

We currently offer two subscriptions for you to pick from. You can either subscribe monthly, or save 20% on your subscription with a yearly subscription. You are able to swap between these plans at any time.

Volume Discounts

For accounts with more than 10 inspectors, we offer volume discounts to help reduce your costs. If you have a large team using InspectEasy or anticipate scaling beyond 10 inspectors, we'd love to work with you on a custom pricing solution.

Cancelling A Subscription

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can easily cancel your subscription from the billing page . Once cancelled your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, at which point it will not renew.
