InspectEasy's mobile apps for iOS and Android are designed specifically for on-site inspections. They work seamlessly with your web dashboard to create a complete inspection workflow.

The mobile apps are where you'll conduct your actual inspections. They guide you through each step of your inspection template, help you capture photos and notes, and sync everything back to your dashboard when you're finished.

Creating Your Account

Understanding the Interface

Home Screen Layout

The home screen is your starting point for all inspection activities. Understanding its layout will help you navigate efficiently.

Inspection List

View all your saved inspections, both completed and in-progress. From here you can:

  • Continue editing an inspection in progress
  • Upload to server to generate the PDF report
  • Send agreements to clients for signing
  • Email reports directly to clients
  • Preview PDF reports before sending
  • Delete inspections that are no longer needed

Offline Capabilities

One of InspectEasy's most powerful features is its ability to work completely offline. This is essential for inspections in areas with poor mobile coverage or when working in buildings with thick walls that block cellular signals.


Common Questions and Solutions

Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Check your password: Passwords are case-sensitive. Use the eye icon to view your password as you type
  • Reset your password: Use the "Forgot Password" option if needed
  • Contact support: If problems persist, our live chat can help verify your account details

Upload Problems

If reports won't upload to the server:

  • Check your connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try again later: Network issues are often temporary

Multiple Device Switching

Each inspector licence works on one device at a time. To use a different device:

  1. Ensure all work is uploaded from your current device
  2. Log out from the current device
  3. Log in on your new device

The InspectEasy mobile apps are designed to work seamlessly offline. You can conduct full inspections, take photos, and complete reports without an internet connection. This ensures you can work efficiently on-site regardless of network conditions.
